Watercress and Radicchio Salad With Honey- Mustard Vinaigrette

Why pay for bottled honey-mustard salad dressing when making it is so easy? No need even to dirtya bowl. Save cleanup time by making the vinaigrette right in the salad bowl and then adding the greens.

Directions

Whisk vinegar, honey, mustard, and garlic in large bowl. Add oil in a stream, whisking. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.

Add watercress and radicchio and toss to coat. Divide greens among 6 salad plates and top each with 2 teaspoons of the almonds.
