This would be a great meal, but soy is not gluten free as I flagged this recipe with the wheat/gluten free tab.
I agree that it should have more vegetables, however not that it's not Gluten-Free. While most soy sauces do have wheat in them, soy itself does not and there are some really good wheat-free alternatives. Some restaurants even offer them.
This looks really great to me, but I wonder why it doesn't have more vegetables in it? Stir fry is a great dish to add veggies to.
