Sauteed Calamari

Fried calamari clobbers your gut. Try it sauteed.

Directions

Heat the olive oil in a saute pan on medium high. Season the calamari with salt and pepper and cook it for 2 to 4 minutes, stirring frequently, until the flesh turns white. Serve sprinkled with paprika and drizzled with lemon juice.
