Cut 1 can (3.75 oz) low sodium sardines crosswise into quarters in the can; place in a bowl. Toss with 1 1/2 c chopped watercress, 1 c drained no sodium added canned white beans, 2 Tbsp low fat creamy garlic dressing, and 1 tsp red wine vinegar. Serve with whole wheat roll.
