Portobello and Roasted Pepper Burgers with Pesto

Ingredients

Serves: Prep:  4min |Cook: 6min |Total: 10min
              

Directions

1.
Preheat a grill pan over medium heat.
2.
Grill the mushrooms for 8 minutes, turning halfway during cooking and brushing with the vinegar. Warm the pepper halves and buns on the grill pan.
3.
Spread each bun with half of the pesto.
4.
Place 2 mushrooms and 1 pepper slice on each bun bottom, adding 2 pieces of frisee to each. Drizzle with additional vinegar, if desired, cap with bun top.

This recipe looks delicious, but i just noticed that although pesto is listed as an ingredient, it is not mentioned in the recipe itself.

Just purchase pesto and spread on the bun instead of mayo... as simple as that.

In the recipe list it mentions "2 tablespoons prepared pesto". Don't you just hate it when you miss something? Sometimes I think I need new glasses. :)
