Peachy Oat Breakfast

When peaches are not in season, use thawed frozen peaches or canned or jarred peaches in juice, drained.

Directions

In a microwaveable bowl, combine the water, oat bran, protein powder, and sugar. Stir to mix well. Microwave on high power for about 2 minutes, checking every 30 seconds, or until thickened and liquid is absorbed. Stir in the peaches and sprinkle with cinnamon to taste.
