Not- So- Big Bird

There's nothing in the playbook that says just because it's a holiday or a family reunion or time for a candelit dinner that you have to hide your Abs Diet in the closet. Embrace it, show it off, cook for the crew. And make every meal a power meal.

Ingredients

Directions

Rub turkey with salt and pepper.
2.
Place turkey on a broiler pan and bake at 450°F for 45 minutes. Every 15 minutes, brush the bird with olive oil to keep it moist. Double-check internal temperature with a meat thermometer (should read 160°F).
3.
Eat with cranberry sauce and green bean casserole.
