Minted Honey- Lime Fruit Salad

This refreshing, low-calorie breakfast dish delivers a sweet early-morning kick of fiber.

Directions

In a large bowl, stir together the lime peel, juice, honey, and mint until combined. Add the honeydew, cantaloupe, strawberries, and pineapple or mango. Toss to combine.
Recipe Notes
Depending on the sweetness of the fruit, start with 3 tablespoons honey, adding more honey if needed.

I HAVE ONE FROM MY MOTHER FROM MANY MOONS AGO. CUT UP AS MUCH FRUIT AND POUR ORANGE JUICE OVER IT, CAN STAY IN REF FOR DAYS ALSO. EXCELLENT, WILL TRY THE HONE TOO NEXT
