Everybody loves taco night. But we don't all want the same stuff in our tacos. Some just want cheese, some just meat. But Lou and I love BEANS. This bean recipe can form the basis of amazing tacos, burritos, beans and rice, or my favorite: Huevos Rancheros! And making them is so freakin' easy.

Put the olive oil in the bottom of a saucepan.
Add the cumin and cayenne pepper; heat on low or medium and let it foam up a bit.
Add 1 large or small can of pinto, kidney, black, or red beans. Salt to taste and heat through. If you are feeling really cowgirlish, add a squirt of liquid smoke flavoring!
