If ever I knew it was going to be my last meal on earth, I would have huevos rancheros. . .with maybe a little MFCK fried chicken on the side. If you have this for breakfast, you won't be hungry until dinnertime.

Toast both sides of the tortilla in the olive oil on a skillet.
Fry the egg over easy, so the whites are hard but the yolk is runny.
Add egg to tortilla, and top with the beans (heat them up in the microwave first if they're leftovers).
Top with shredded cheese and, depending what's in the fridge, regular salsa, Maria's Fresh Salsa (the best choice), hot sauce, guacamole, and/or sour cream. Serve with tortilla open or closed.
