Maria's Fresh Salsa

When the tomatoes are ripe, there is no better salsa than fresh salsa. It's so easy to make. According to my nephew, who spent time with a family in Mexico, this is how they really do it there.

Ingredients

Directions

1.
Mix the tomatoes and onions together.
2.
Add olive oil, salt, chopped cilantro, and lime juice. Use more or less than the recipe calls for, as you prefer.
3.
Yum!

I have made this recipe for years, but I use ramano tomatoes, green onions with some of the green, and fresh chopped garlic and cilantro. It is much better if you allow it to marinate in the frig overnite
