In China, green tea is a common ingredient in cooking. Try this dip, served with crackers or crudites.

Boil 1 cup water. Add tea bags, steep 5 minutes, and cool.
In small bowl, mix cream cheese and chives. Gradually blend in tea until smooth.
Refrigerate 1 hour so flavors can blend. Serve at room temperature.
