Fire- Roasted Fruit Salad

Preheat grill on high. Brush all the fruit lightly with grapeseed or olive oil.

Place fruit on the grill grate, reduce heat to medium-high, and cook until grill marks appear and the fruit is slightly tender (2 to 3 minutes per side). Remove from heat and let cool. In a bowl, mix together yogurt, honey, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Cut fruit into smaller chunks and mix well in a large bowl. Serve fruit salad topped with yogurt dressing.

I couldn't resist trying this one out and I am sure glad I did. This is a great recipe that is a good healthy alternative to the usual desserts.
