Chocolate No- Bake Crunchies

Crisp cornflakes and chewy raisins add a fun mix of textures, as well as loads of flavor and nutrients to these mouthwatering dark chocolate confections.

Ingredients

Serves: Prep:  10min |Cook: 1min |Total: 56min
              

Directions

1.
Line baking sheet with wax paper.

Put chocolate chips in medium microwaveable bowl. Microwave on high 1 minute to melt. Stir until smooth. Gently fold cereal and raisins into chocolate until combined, being careful not to crush cereal.
3.
Drop mixture by teaspoonfuls onto prepared pan. Chill 45 minutes.

While these were very good NO WAY you can get 36 servings out of them I tried twice so since I got 16 I will just double the nutrionale info. Also made them with the new Andes candies choolate bits WOW, might try with fiber one cereal instead of corn flakes as well.

These candies are easy and delicious! I used organic gluten free corn flakes and the whole family loved them. I suggest you double or triple the recipe. Enjoy!!

These were outstanding. I made them for a potluck and everyone loved them. The only thing is that the recipes does not make 36 serves. I had to double it just to make 10. It doesn't matter they were great.
