Blueberry- Yogurt Pie

Creamy and smooth, this dessert is very rich in a graham cracker crust.

Ingredients

Directions

Soak gelatin in a little bit of cold water for 3-5 minutes. In saucepan, combine 1/4 cup sugar, gelatin, and salt; add water and egg yolks. Cook and stir over low heat until gelatin is dissolved and mixture begins to thicken. Cool. Sieve cottage cheese; stir in egg-gelatin mixture. Add yogurt and beat until well-blended. Beat egg whites to soft peaks. Gradually add remaining 1/4 cup sugar, beating to stiff peaks. Fold yogurt mixture and blueberries into egg whites. Turn into pie shell. Chill 6 hours till firm. Garnish with whipped cream.
