Beer Rolls

Ingredients

Serves: Prep:  5min |Cook: 15min |Total: 20min
              

Directions

Preheat the oven to 425°F. In a large bowl, dump the baking mix, sugar, and beer; mix well. Spoon equally into 12 muffin cups that have been coated with nonstick cooking spray. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes, or until golden. Serve warm, or allow to cool slightly, then remove to a wire rack to cool completely.
Recipe Notes
Make these and keep them handy in the freezer in a Ziploc bag. Then just warm them at the tailgate.

Starting a recipe with use a mix from the store is just bad form. These things have all kinds of preservatives and use processed flour. Why can't you tell to use 4 cups of whole unbleached wheat flour 1 tablespoon of bicarb and 1 tablespoon of baking powder and 1 teaspoon of salt? Does the recipe require some kind of fat? how much? This is just sad
