Asian Calamari Salad

The herbal combination of fresh basil, cilantro, and mint is especially refreshing in this squid salad. If you like, toss with some noodles for a cold noodle salad.

Ingredients

Directions

1.
In a large bowl, whisk together the oil, lime juice, garlic, salt, and pepper.
2.
In a steamer, cook the squid until tender, about 4 minutes. Transfer the squid to the bowl with the dressing.
3.
Add the bell pepper, basil, cilantro, and mint, and toss to combine. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or up to overnight.
